Job Title: Foreman

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead and supervise a team of workers on various construction or industrial projects. The Foreman will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the timely completion of all tasks. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of workers, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity
• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor use of equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring efficient usage and minimizing waste
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and resolve them promptly to avoid delays
• Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other team members
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety policies
• Train new workers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to project specifications
• Maintain accurate records of hours worked, materials used, and tasks completed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role within the construction or industrial field
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and construction plans
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in the use of tools and equipment relevant to the field
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification or training in construction management or relevant field is a plus)
